Mission Statement
Dominion CILA Homes Inc. is a non profit 501 (C3) organization established to assist individuals with intellectual disabilities through a seamless delivery of services, designed to develop the self-worth, knowledge and skills, dignity and respect they need to lead independent and productive lives.
We offer a variety of residential alternatives to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout the state of Illinois. All of our homes are licensed and certified by the Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS). Our spacious CILA homes are designed to provide a home-like atmosphere and are attractively decorated to reflect the needs and abilities of the individuals that we serve. Each home accommodates 5-8 individuals ranging from 18 years of age and older.
